Azerbaijani Youth at Eid Ul-Fitr Festival in London

The event, marking the end of Ramadan, the holiest month for Muslims, is supported by the Mayor of London Boris Johnson and organised by the Muslim Council of Britain. Eid in the Square, the third of its kind, brings together London's diverse Muslim communities and extends an invitation to the rest of London to celebrate together. 

The youngest activist of AYC Mursel Eminov joined various activities at the Trafalgar Square and AYC members took part in surveys and questionnaires organised by BBC Asia and THE MUSLIM NEWS channels.

“We enjoyed a peaceful and positive atmosphere of Eid Ul-Fitr Festival in London. The concert and cultural activities were great and we had many interesting gifts including DVDs, CDs, books, pens, calendars and attractive badges” - said AYC members.
