On the 22nd November, I was invited to the VPC Award Presentation ceremony, by Hazratali Mammadov, who is the first Azerbaijani Police Cadet in United Kingdom. The ceremony which was held at Royal Borough of Kensington was hosted by the Jack Petchey Foundation.  Mayor of Kensington was invited to the ceremony as a VIP guest and congratulated young cadets.  Hazratali Mammadov, 18, joined volunteer police cadets in March 2009. To improve his existing skills, build self confidents and learn more about police force, he then got involved in different activities, such as, marching in horse guards parade, emergency services at jubilee park, Enfield town show etc. During the summer Hazratali helped the local festival held at Enfield, he has achieved an award for it. He is planning to become a first Azerbaijani man in police industry of London.
