BBC Azerbaijani Service Petition

Group of South Azerbaijani activists created online petition to be signed. It says:

Cc: The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs
We, the undersigned, are writing to request that BBC Azerbaijani service should be provided for over 30,000,000 Azerbaijanis who reside in Iran.
We feel strongly that our Azerbaijani language and culture is ignored or side lined.
Similarly our important news items, over looked and we feel totally marginalized within your service.
We feel it is important our voice is heard and our distinct needs are met.
This will surly improve your valuable services .
