Meeting of Styles
With rotating advertising boards, 12 huge walls and a pop up art gallery space all serving as blank canvases for the spontaneous street art demonstrations, the graffiti festival London event is bound to appeal to culture vultures who prefer their art to be fast and furious. Returning to London after its successful event last year, the Meeting of Styles festival takes place in North London for 2010.

International talent
Artists taking part in MOS 2010 will be exhibiting a wide range of graffiti styles from France, Greece, Germany, Spain and across the UK. Artists taking part in this year's graffiti festival London event include Da Mental Vaporz, Ghetto Farceur, Shok, Sheone, Roket & Ozone, 3Steps Crew and many more.

Highlight events
For many, the highlight of the Meeting of Styles graffiti festival London event will be the live two day painting show in the festival's pop up gallery space. Artists will be painting on panels to create a giant patchwork installation for the exhibition, which also features canvases and other painted works that will feature in the festival after party on Saturday night.

Street art form
While high profile street artists such as Banksy might have reached the lofty heights of Bonham's and Sotheby's, as a whole the graffiti movement still retains much of its gritty, authentic street credentials. From anti establishment political sentiments to irreverent wit and pop culture parodies, there's bound to be a wide range of styles to be seen at the Meeting of Styles festival.

Music
Alongside the 60 or so artists taking part in the graffiti and street art festival, you can also enjoy a line up that showcases the best of the underground music scene. From hip hop to dub and funk, you can look forward to a sizzling soundtrack to the block party style festival.

The Meeting of Styles graffiti festival London event runs from Friday 20th August - Saturday 21st August 2010. The exact location of the festival is yet to be announced, but the event is taking place at a North London venue.
